She also knows that exercise can be intimidating, and tries her best to make her clients feel safe and comfortable with what they are doing.   Betty believes that age, weight, and time are all just numbers, and it is never too late to start living a healthier lifestyle.  While she is relatively new to the field, she is proof that it is never too late to make the change and start living a healthier, more energetic life.  All it takes is the willingness to take the leap, and Betty will be there to catch you.
