Cherri joined the Y 6 years ago when she needed to lose some post baby weight. She started taking group exercise classes and eventually worked her way into the weight room.  Cherri loved it so much that i decided to become a group aerobics instructor and a personal trainer.

Sylvia is an all-natural bodybuilder and was IFBB Miss Philippines Bodybuilding in 1996, medalist in IFBB Miss Asia Bodybuilding 1996-2002, Over-all Best Poser of the Philippines, and the Pioneer Filipina Bodybuilder.  She, closely, trains her clients to reach their individual goals with the use of her 4Ds approach, which are: Determination, Discipline, Dedication and Devotion.
