YMCA teen programs offer opportunities to develop valuable life and leadership skills, strong values, an appreciation for community service, and meaningful relationships with positive adult role models. 

Teen Personal Training & Sports Training
The YMCA offers opportunities for teens to get one-on-one attention in meeting fitness and athletic performance goals – from the beginning exerciser to the gifted athlete. All programs are tailored to the specific interests and needs of each teen and ensure a holistic approach to wellness – in a fun atmosphere that builds self-esteem!

Red Cross Babysitting Course
This certification includes information on home safety, child development, games and activities, and the basics of first aid - what every parent wants their babysitter to know!

Sizzlin’ Saturday Nights!
Two Saturdays per month, we offer opportunities for 5th to 8th grade teens to enjoy time together at the YMCA. Open from 7:00 to 10:00pm, activities include a DJ/dancing, open gym, and swimming in the pool.  YMCA staff chaperone to ensure a fun, positive atmosphere.

Our programs encourage the participation of all students and give teens the opportunity to witness true principle-centered servant leadership and learn the value of and collaboration.

  • Burlington County Youth & Government
    Provides high school students a practical citizen education experience in which they have an opportunity to explore the various aspects of governmental procedure as related to the heritage, structure, and function of County Government in New Jersey.
