Building Strong Kids, Families and Communities: Catch the Spirit!

Parent-Child Programs

YMCA parent-child programs strengthen family ties by offering a safe, welcoming environment for kids and parents to communicate, cooperate, and have fun. You and your family can spend time together exercising, sharing gym activities, taking an art class, spending time at camp, or attending family fun events. You will treasure these moments of memorable experiences in a safe and friendly environment.

Gym Classes, Sports & Martial Arts
YMCA Gym & Sports programs help kids develop skills, friendships and character! Allows children to explore their world, develop motor skills and interact with other children their own ages. Circle time, songs, arts & crafts & other exciting activities included.

Art & Music

YMCA Adventure Guides
YMCA Adventure Guides works to instill one-on-one understanding and companionship between fathers and their children.  Meet with other parent-child ‘tribes’ in small groups for fun monthly activities. Three times a year several tribes converge for a camp-style retreat to round out the experience.
