Y Service Club of Moorestown

The Y Service Club (formerly known as the Y’s Men Club) of Moorestown was founded in 1927.  Fast forward, and the club will celebrate its 90th anniversary on April 3, 2017! Since its inception, members are committed to supporting the mission and values of the Y.  While membership was originally limited to only men, everyone who values and supports the Y’s mission is welcome today.

Become A Member!
The club is always seeking new members that support the mission and values of the Y.  To be a member, join us for lunch on any Wednesday to learn more or contact a Y Service Club officer. Volunteer time is requested and is  very meaningful and especially knowing that your work supports local children and families.
The club meets every Wednesday at noon in Studio A at the Mt. Laurel YMCA for lunch and a short community or educational program. Dues are $105/every two months.
Fundraising and Volunteerism

Over the years, the club has participated by helping with a variety of fundraising projects:

  1. Flood relief donations for the Moorestown Township
  2. Annual Easter Egg Hunt for the Moorestown Township
  3. Annual Horse Show
  4. Annual Moorestown Antique Show
  5. Annual Moorestown Antique Car Show

Currently, the club manages five scholarship funds which are given annually to deserving seniors at Moorestown High School and Lenape High School.
