Both YMCA of Burlington County facilities offer full-service wellness amenities for members. 

Hours of Operation
Monday-Friday: 5:30am –10:00pm
Saturday: 7:00am – 6:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am – 5:00pm

Wellness Centers
Our wellness centers feature a full circuit of STRIVE® Smart Strength Training machines, free weights and professional dumbbells, a variety of modern cardiovascular equipment including ellipticals, treadmills, recumbent and stationary bikes, and rowing machines.

Pools
Both of our facilities feature a 25-yard indoor swimming pool heated to a comfortable 84 degrees.

Group Exercise Studios
These bright, airy spaces are especially well-suited to Group Exercise Classes with wooden floors, mirrors and sound systems.

Stretch Zone (Mt. Laurel)
Within you'll find a quieter, more contemplative space with padded floors, well-suited to body dynamics exercise.

Locker Rooms
We offer men's and women's locker rooms with separate facilities for adults and for families with young children up to age 6.

Kids Corner Babysitting
On-site babysitting at the samehigh standards as our popular Child Care is easy and inexpensive to access while you are at the YMCA.

Indoor Track (Mt. Laurel)
Our elevated track wraps around the gymnasium and makes it easy to walk and run during inclement weather.

Sauna (Riverfront)
Relax your muscles after a workout in our saunas, located in the adult locker rooms at the Riverfront YMCA.
