The latest trend in fitness is aqua exercise. Challenge your body to a new experience with these low-impact classes that use the natural resistance of water to tone and slim as you swim! The Y offers a variety of classes in the pool, from beginner to advance levels. All classes work to increase strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness. They are ideal for people with muscle or joint impairment. The ability to swim is not always required.
