Aquatics Personal Training incorporates movement and exercises appropriate for all levels of fitness using the properties of the water to increase muscular strength, flexibility and endurance. Additional benefits are a great cardio workout, improved balance and better coordination. Learn core stabilization, proper posture and alignment to move with power. The water is the perfect place for cross-training as well as re-entry into training after joint rehab and surgery. (Shallow and deep water instruction. Buoyancy, resistance and drag equipment may be used. Swimming skills not required.)
