Y Day Camp FAQ's
What should my child wear to camp?
Children should be dressed in attire that allows them to play and get messy! Socks and sneakers must be worn daily. Since the campers will spend time outside, please be sure to apply sun block each morning.
Reminder: Camp t-shirts must be worn on trip days and are available for purchase for $7.00 if forgotten.
What do I need to pack?
It is advised that you get a backpack to hold your child's belongings, and be sure to label it with his or her name.
Is there a sibling discount?
Yes! There is a 10% sibling discount applied to the family account for any siblings that are registered in the same camp week and for a 5 day program.
How do I register?
Registration forms and information are available on our website and at either branch of the Y. Completed forms, necessary payments and a copy of your child’s latest immunization records must be received for registrations to be considered complete.
Are there a minimum number of weeks needed for registration?
No. You are able to sign up for one week or an entire summer based on your needs.
What are the hours of camp?
Camp is open from 7:00am until 6:00pm Monday – Friday. We do ask that campers arrive no later than 9:00am and pick up is after 4:00pm. Late arrivals and early pick ups may be available by speaking with the Camp Director.
Is Financial Assistance available?
